Tonia, a graduate of Lethbridge College and certified in administration, lives in Indianapolis with her husband and son. She brings over fifteen years of experience in research analysis, administration, marketing coordination, and proposal writing from her work in the staffing and commercial real estate industries. As a Founding Partner of The Pointer Group, Tonia recognized the opportunity to leverage her skills and experience to navigate the complexities of staffing in the government sector. She is driven by a passion to serve and is committed to setting a strong example for her son and inspiring other women who aspire to be entrepreneurs.
Lauren Daniels
Founding Partner
Lauren, a graduate of Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, lives in Indianapolis with her husband and two sons. She brings nearly twenty years of healthcare experience spanning across health systems, providers and medical suppliers. As a Founding Partner of The Pointer Group, Lauren brings her commitment to driving healthy outcomes through high performing people and teams. She’s active in the community and an advocate for women business leaders to make an impact through their team, customers and community.
